Questions we hear every day.
Every application is different and the details vary case by case. These answers are general guidance, ask us about your situation.
It depends on the country and visa. For example, a UK visitor visa can be applied for up to 3 months before travel; a Schengen visa from 6 months up to 15 days before; and a US F-1 visa can be issued up to a year before your course. Appointment availability varies, so we usually advise starting as early as the rules allow.
Typical official timelines: UK visit, study and work visas about 3 weeks, UK family visas about 12 weeks; Schengen visas usually 15 days (up to 45). US timelines depend mostly on when you can get an interview. Your own case may be faster or slower.
For the US, yes in most cases: since 1 October 2025 most applicants, including B1/B2 and F-1, attend an in-person interview. For the UK and Schengen countries you usually visit a visa application centre to give fingerprints and a photo. We prepare you for both.
Almost always: a valid passport, proof of funds (such as bank statements or tax returns), and proof of your purpose, an admission letter (CAS, I-20 or letter of acceptance), an invitation, or a travel plan. Some countries also require travel insurance. The exact list depends on your case, so we give you a personal checklist.
No one honestly can, every decision is made by the embassy or immigration authority. What we do is make sure your application is complete, accurate and as strong as your situation allows. Be careful of anyone who promises a guaranteed visa.
It depends on the country, the course and the institution, some accept other tests or evidence of English. We’ll tell you what applies to you, and we also offer IELTS coaching.
Government visa fees are set by each country and change from time to time, for example, as of October 2026 the UK Standard Visitor visa is £135, the Schengen visa €90 for adults, and the US B1/B2 and F-1 application fee US$185. Our service fee depends on your case; contact us for a quote.
